Amanda brings five years of restaurant marketing and social media experience to Know Public Relations after working for top restaurant groups in New York City.
Prior to joining Know Public Relations, Amanda was the marketing manager for Corner Table Restaurants, owner and operator of The Smith and Jane Restaurant in New York City. She was responsible for all marketing efforts across four restaurants, managing public relations, social media, website updates, e-commerce, event production, e-mail marketing and graphic design. During her tenure, Amanda grew the restaurants’ social media following to over 20,000 followers. She started her career at China Grill Management, where she spearheaded the digital marketing and social media efforts for 15+ restaurants.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Cornell University
