Internship Opportunity

Know Public Relations provides strategic communications services to restaurants, chefs, and culinary artisans in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We help hospitality business owners tell their stories through media, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and direct-to-guest communication.

Know Public Relations is seeking a part-time paid intern to join our team immediately. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•  Media monitoring and the compilation of monthly media reports

• Assistance with the drafting of media materials, including press releases, fact sheets and website copy, and round-pitching

• Maintenance of a large and growing media contacts database

• Assistance with social media influencer outreach and strategies

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and writing skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms for professional use
